There are advertisers, like AdSense and AdBrite, that will pay you to put their ad on your site. You get paid on a per click basis. Be careful, though, as these folks have a low threshold for fraud. If you go and click your own ads, or someone fraudulently clicks ads for you, you could get shut down.
